Every year, we are audited by an external company to maintain the necessary certifications. Additionally, audits are conducted by customers and potential partners. After receiving the audit plan and questions, we provide the required responses within the agreed timeframe. Based on these, the auditor determines the scope and duration of the on-site visit. The relevant department is prepared in advance, and the entire process is overseen by the account manager. To date, we have successfully passed 100% of our audits.
ZPAS employs over 80 engineers with different specializations, organized into project groups. They provide technical support at every stage of the process and can adapt standards to customer requirements. Designs may be based on customer documentation, verbal descriptions, or even hand-drawn sketches. For convenience, each customer has a single contact person who coordinates work across all ZPAS departments.
We are fully equipped to handle the entire production process. Our capabilities cover steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, including punching, bending, laser cutting, powder coating, welding, and final assembly. The implementation of a new product follows three main stages:
Our internal logistics department works with both local carriers and global transport companies to provide customers with the best transport options. Customers may also arrange their own transport—in this case, we handle goods securing and loading. For international shipments, our export unit manages customs clearance when required.
Yes. One of our facilities serves as a warehouse for finished goods, primarily standard products requiring fast delivery. Temporary storage for customized products is also possible upon prior agreement with the customer account manager.
Since September 2025, our new production plant has expanded our total production area to over 50,000 m². Standard lead times range between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on material availability. With our flexible ERP production planning system, we can scale to 2 or 3 shifts when needed.
